The current forum has died, I suspect the company hosting it www.myfreebb.com have shut up shop. At the moment I dont plan to start another one. However if anyone else wants to have a go at setting up and running one I will happily link to it here. Give it a new name as it wont be thebigchill forum. There is a website www.forumsvibe.com that lets you set up forums for free, this is pretty much identical to myfreebb although I think slightly better. There are lots of styles and templates and you can upload baners. If anyone sets one up email me.
